Music and Memory is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing seniors in nursing homes with mp3 players of their favorite music. These simple but incredibly effective programs create happiness, as well as measurable cognitive improvements in communication and memory, and physical benefits as well. I am privileged to work with Music and Memory, along with Zissie Gitel of “In Their Shoes”, in bringing these life-changing programs to nursing homes across Israel.
