Singing is my life’s passion and I like to share what I have learned…and I’m still learning. In my workshops, we use breathing, movement, dance, and improvisation to connect to our voices in an authentic way. Most women find it a powerful healing to learn to express themselves vocally in a supportive setting.
I draw on my background in Qi Kung and 15 years of dance training, along with classical vocal technique and innovative approaches such as working with the pelvic floor. Sounding your voice is a cathartic, uplifting, and transformational process.
